Product Overview:

Within the H8/300L-SLP Series, the H8/3802 Group and H8/38004 Group comprise single-chip microcomputers equipped with a LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) controller/driver. Other on-chip peripheral functions include three to four timers, a two channels of 10 bit pulse width modulator (PWM), a serial communication interface, and four channels of 10-bit A/D Converter.
