The F2833x devices offer an integrated floating point unit, simplifying development and speeding most control applications by an average of 50%. F2833x devices run at up to 300 MFLOPS with two package offerings that are pin-for-pin compatible within the generation. It also features up to 512KB of on-chip flash, 68KB of RAM, and a DMA for high speed memory access.
