The H8/36109 Group is a high-end product in the H8/36049 Group that is suitable for motor control, and the highest performance product in the H8/Tiny Series.
This group offers increased ROM and RAM, and enhanced peripheralf unctions such as a 5-channel a 16-bit timer and 16-channel A/D converter. In addition, the reliability of the fail safe functions is improved by incorporating an on-chip oscillator .
E8 emulator can be used as with existing products, and enables an environment for debug going and on-board programming at the low cost.
