Freescale´s CodeWarrior Development Studio for Microcontrollers v10.1 integrates the development tools for the RS08, S08, ColdFire, ColdFire+, Kinetis and MPC56xx architectures into a single product based on the Eclipse open development platform. Eclipse offers an excellent framework for building software development environments and is becoming a standard framework used by many embedded software vendors.
